RMI Education and Skills Strengthening Project
The Government of the Republic of Marshall Islands has received funding from the World Bank for the Education and Skills Strengthening Project (ESSP) expense. It plans to apply part of the proceeds for seeking advice from services.
The consulting services ("the Services") will assist the Project Manager and the RMI National Training Council in executing the World Bank-funded job efficiently.
The assignment will concentrate on supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in developing a structure for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for TVET, aimed at assisting the College of the Marshall Islands and the RMI National Training Council examine and improve the skills of workers through certified college accreditation.

The National Training Council now welcomes eligible people ("Consultants") to suggest their interest in offering the Services. Gender Equality, Climate Change, Disaster Risk Reduction and Water Safety Management has actually just recently occurred at the University of the South Pacific's school in Majuro, the Republic of the Marshall Islands(RMI ). In her opening remarks, Secretary for the Ministry of Culture and Internal Affairs, Brenda Alik, highlighted the significance of collective action in building a climate-resilient nation."It is our duty to come together and collaborate. As we deal with the difficulties posed by environment change, comprehending its impact on our water resources is necessary for enhancing the wellness of communities across the Marshall Islands,"she said.

water resources. Marie Naisher from Jabat Island revealed her gratitude for the opportunity to join the workshop and made clear her desire to be part of the project when it reaches Jabat.
"This was my first time taking part in such training, and I learned so much from the visitor speakers, group activities, and the site see. I now understand the importance of tidy water and how to sanitize it. I'm excited about the ACWA job coming to Jabat and all set to assist when it gets here,"she stated. Don Kobney, an ACWA website organizer from Santo, Kwajalein, also shared his excitement."The workshop and website visit increased my self-confidence and understanding of the water tank setup.
Seeing the 15,000-gallon flatpack modular water tank firsthand provided me a clear understanding of the system, and I'm looking forward to sharing this understanding with my neighborhood, "he said. By the workshop's end, participants were better geared up to comprehend climate modification and its local effects, drive adjustment and mitigation efforts, especially in water security, and use brand-new resources to affect their communities positively. . The Marshall Islands: Skills Training and Vocational Education Project Evaluates the performance of the job and highlights lessons. commitment to establishing a dedicated labour details system to link technical and occupation education training program offerings with market need. Although the project set up a labour market details system, in the lack of internal staff capability at the National Training Council, it was not totally functional.
